3D Interactive model viewer (Bronze Package)
We build the model to your design specifications and upload for you to view online.
A link will be emailed to you of an interactive, annotated 3D model of the building for you to navigate through.
This lets you see your plans as they will look when the house is built. You can then make decisions on the design and layout and get back to us with requested changes.
We will update the model to your updated recommendations, upload the new model, and send you the link.
Once satisfied, we will send you plans to take to the architect.
Mouse Controls
Hold the left button to pan around, up and down.
Scroll wheel to zoom in and out.
Hold down scroll wheel and move mouse to move up and down and left to right.
Annotated
Each room has been annotated for easy navigation
The numbers that appear on the building can be clicked on to take you to the centre of that room.
Or you can use the menu at the bottom centre of the model viewer screen to navigate between each room.
Download to your Mobile phone or tablet (Silver Package)
Using the Mobile Phone/ Tablet App
To view the house model through mobile or tablet app, we will send you a link to download the application and the interior 3D model. You can then open this up and use your phone as virtual googles to view each room in the house in high quality renders.
Simply move the phone or tablet around to view the room and use the menu on the screen to navigate through the building.

Virtual Reality (Gold Package)
Using the complete Virtual Reality Experience
This is our most advanced feature.
We have the complete set of Virtual Reality hardware including the Oculus Rift Goggles and a powerful enough computer to run this extensive and exciting interactive experience.
To use this and give you the best tool to make informed choices for designing your new build we have three options:
- Come along to our Virtual Reality demonstrations. Facebook
- Use one of our Virtual Reality rooms at our base in Gweedore, Donegal.
- We can come to you and set up Virtual Reality in the comfort of your own private space.
One person puts the headset on and travels through the build viewing the interior of the building and making design decisions while someone else take notes.
The second person can then view the building and make observations.
We then make the required changes to the model and the clients can go into Virtual Reality again and see what’s been done to the design.
